Tell us how many customers you want. We'll price the shortest path to them.
There is no package menu on this page, because there should not be one. A 40-seat breakfast spot in Pueblo and a 180-seat steakhouse in Cherry Creek need completely different work. So we build the quote around your room, your city, and one number: how many more customers a month you actually want.

We do not have bronze, silver and gold tiers. We have a method. Here it is in full, so you can decide whether it is worth a phone call before you make one.
How do restaurant advertising quotes work at RestaurantsAdvertising.com?
We start with the outcome you want — a specific number of additional customers per month — then work backward. We audit what is already in place, identify the shortest path to that number, and price only the work on that path. Restaurants that already have a claimed Google profile and a working website pay less than restaurants starting from nothing, because there is less to fix. If the math does not clear in your favor, we tell you instead of taking the project.
You name the number
Twenty more covers a month? A hundred? Filling Tuesdays specifically? Any of those is a valid answer, and a rough one is fine. The number matters because it sets the scale of the work. Twenty additional covers a month is often a Google Business Profile fix and a text menu — a few hundred dollars of work, once. Three hundred additional covers a month is a different project entirely, and we would rather tell you that on the first call than three months in.
We check what you already have
Before quoting anything we look at your Google Business Profile, your listing consistency, whether your menu is readable text or a locked PDF, how your site behaves on a phone, your review count and recency, and whether ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity name you when asked about your cuisine in your city. This takes us under an hour and it is free whether you hire us or not.
We price the gap, not a package
The quote covers the specific distance between where you are and the number you named. That means some restaurants get a small one-time scope and no retainer at all. Others need ongoing work because the competition in their category is genuinely fierce. You will see the line items, and you can decline any of them.
You decide with the math in front of you
Every quote we send includes what one additional cover is worth at your average check, so you can see the break-even yourself rather than taking our word for it. A 60-seat room at a $28 average check earns roughly $8,700 a year from four extra covers a night. If the quote is smaller than that number, the decision usually makes itself.
What we will not do
Lock you into a twelve-month contract. Buy or incentivize reviews. Submit you to hundreds of junk directories. Promise a specific ranking by a specific date. Charge you for work you do not need because it fills out a tier. If any agency has offered you those, that is useful information about the agency.
What to have ready before you call
None of this is required. But having it on hand turns a fifteen-minute call into a five-minute one, and gets you a sharper number.
- Your restaurant name and city. That is genuinely all we need to start looking.
- Seat count and average check. These two numbers drive the entire break-even calculation.
- How many new customers a month you want. Rough is fine. A range is fine.
- Whether you control your Google listing. If you are not sure, say so — most owners are not.
- Where your menu lives. PDF, image, text on your site, or only on a delivery app.
- What you have already tried. Especially anything that did not work, and roughly what it cost.
If you have none of that in front of you, call anyway. We will find most of it while we talk.
Mon–Fri, 8am–6pm Mountain Time. If we miss you, leave the restaurant name and city and we will have the audit done before we call back.

Everything here helps us price accurately instead of sending you a range. If a field does not apply, skip it — only the marked ones are required.
Would rather just talk?
Call and we will do this live, usually in under ten minutes.
- Free visibility audit included, whether or not you hire us.
- Written quote with line items you can decline individually.
- Break-even math shown, using your own seat count and check average.
- No long contracts and no auto-renewing retainers.

Questions about working together
Is the phone number really toll free?
Yes. 1-800-481-8638 is free to call from anywhere in the United States, from a mobile or a landline. We answer Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm Mountain Time. Outside those hours leave your restaurant name and city and we will run the audit before we call you back, so the first conversation is useful rather than introductory.
How much does it cost?
There is no fixed price, because the work is not fixed. A restaurant that already controls its Google listing and has a working website needs a fraction of what a restaurant starting from zero needs. We price the gap between where you are and the number of customers you want, and every quote shows the break-even math using your own seat count and average check. Call or send the form and you will get a real number, not a range.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. We do not use twelve-month lock-ins or auto-renewing retainers. Some restaurants only ever need a one-time scope of work — a claimed profile, a text menu, consistent listings — and then they are fine. We would rather tell you that and keep the referral than sell you a retainer you do not need.
Do you only work with Colorado restaurants?
No, we work nationwide. We are based in Denver and our owned network of food and city guide properties runs deepest across Colorado, so placement on those sites naturally benefits Colorado restaurants most. Everything else — Google Business Profile work, AI search visibility, text menus, structured data, website builds — is location independent and we deliver it anywhere in the US.
What happens after I send the form?
We run the free audit first: your Google Business Profile, listing consistency, whether your menu is machine-readable, how the site performs on a phone, your review recency, and whether the AI assistants name you when asked about your cuisine in your city. Then we send the findings and a quote covering only the work on the path to your target. You get the findings either way, including the parts that are already fine.
Can you help if I do not know what is wrong?
That is the most common starting point, and it is a fine one. Most owners know covers are down and do not know why. The audit exists precisely for that. Choose "Not sure — that is part of why I am asking" on the form, or just call and tell us the restaurant name. We will do the diagnosing.
